Samantha Silverton, my main character in Hunters’ Watch Brigade: Initiation was talking on the phone with her mother, Helmina, about Max, her sidekick. Max is a talking Maine Coon cat, and he’s having “issues” that cause him to behave badly. They’re trying to figure him out.
